This permission is used exclusively for the app's core screenshot and analysis features. Screen Magnum does not use Accessibility access to monitor your keystrokes, track your activity, or collect any information about your usage of other applications.
Screen Magnum requests macOS Screen Recording permission to capture screenshots of your display for analysis. This permission is used only when you actively initiate a capture. Screen Magnum does not continuously record your screen, does not capture video, and does not operate in the background. The captured image is processed locally and is never transmitted externally.
ScreenMagnum grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the ScreenMagnum application (the "App") on macOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with this Agreement and Apple's Usage Rules.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party; (d) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App; or (e) use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by ScreenMagnum and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the ScreenMagnum trademarks, service marks, or logos.
The App performs all image analysis and OCR processing locally on your device using Apple's Vision Framework. No screenshots, images, or extracted text are transmitted to external servers. The App does not collect, store, or share any personal data. For further details, refer to the Privacy Policy section above.
The App requires macOS Accessibility and Screen Recording permissions solely to capture and analyze screenshots as directed by you. These permissions are used exclusively for the App's core functionality and are never used to monitor, record, or transmit your activity.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SCREENMAGNUM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SCREENMAGNUM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP; OR (C) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE APP.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
ScreenMagnum reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of the updated Agreement within the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
